NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

 

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday,
September 8, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Senior Center located at 120
Prescott Street, West Boylston, to discuss amending the special permit as ordered by the Land Court (Vhay, J.) to determine whether a new special permit decision should be issued for SAL, LLC’s property at 20 Holt Street, West Boylston MA.


Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the original approval and the 'remand order' are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.; and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
