 ELECTRONIC PERMITTING LINK

The Town of West Boylston is pleased to announce we now have online permitting!  You can use PermitLink to:

  • Apply for a permit
  • Check the status of a permit
  • Review permits on properties

To apply, you would need to complete a one-time registration.  If you want to review permits without registering, you can login with "guest view."

Permits will not be processed until all required forms have been submitted and payment has been received.  Most building permits require that you attach a copy of the contract showing the contract price (signed by the homeowner/owner), certificate of insurance, plans and specs/calcs if applicable.

If the status is "incomplete," you will be emailed what additional materials are required to process your permit.  (Please check your junk/spam folder if you did not receive an email.)

When your permit is approved, the permit will be emailed to you.  Permits must be posted on the job site or an inspection may not occur.

For inspections, please have permit number ready and call:
Electrical: call 508-612-3705
Gas/Plumbing: call 774-261-4030
Building: call 774-261-4030
