04/24/2019: Public Hearing: Zoning Bylaw to Prohibit Adult Use of Marijuana

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Room (1st Floor), to consider changes to the existing West Boylston Zoning Bylaws and prohibit all types of Adult Use “Marijuana Establishments” as defined in MGL Ch. 94G, Section 1 and 935 CMR 500.02 in the Industrial District.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the petition are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office whose hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
