01/23/2019 Public Hearing: Shrine Ave, 500-foot Driveway & 9 Multifamily Units

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at 7:30 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, in Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, for a Site Plan Review and Special Permit application as required in the Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6, submitted by Summit Engineering & Survey, Inc. on behalf of Joe Evangelista and David Brunelle for proposed development to include the construction of a 500-foot driveway to permit the development of nine (9) multifamily residential units.  The proposed location is Shrine Avenue, West Boylston MA. Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office whose hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
