Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 12, 2019 at 8:00 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Room (1st Floor), for a Site Plan Review, Special Permit and Stormwater Management Permit applications as required in the Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6.B.3&5 and Section 3.2.I.3&4, submitted by Thompson-Liston Associates, Inc. on behalf of Humboldt Masters LLC, for a  proposed change of use from manufacturing to a marijuana facility to construct greenhouses to allow marijuana cultivation and product manufacturing with no retail sales at 215 Shrewsbury Street, West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office whose hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
