Senior Center Outreach

Outreach & Community Support
The West Boylston Senior Center is committed to supporting the overall wellness and independence of older adults in our community. Our Outreach services are designed to connect seniors with helpful resources, promote healthy aging, and ensure no one feels isolated or unsure where to turn for help.
Senior Wellness
We focus on physical, emotional, and social well-being by providing information, programs, and referrals that support healthy and active lifestyles. From wellness programs and educational workshops to social engagement opportunities, our goal is to help seniors maintain balance, confidence, and quality of life.
Resources & Assistance
Outreach staff can help connect seniors and their families to local, state, and federal resources, including:
- Housing and utility assistance (Fuel Assistance)
- Transportation options (WRTA)
- Food and nutrition resources (Meals on Wheels, SNAP, HIP)
- Healthcare and insurance guidance (SHINE Counselor)
We work closely with partner agencies to ensure seniors receive accurate information and timely referrals.
We have a Rotating Wellness Office with Routine professionals here to assist you.
Advocacy & Support
Our Outreach program also provides guidance during times of transition or need. Whether someone is navigating new challenges, caregiving concerns, or simply needs help understanding available services, we are here to listen and assist.
Community Connection
Staying connected is essential to healthy aging. Outreach helps reduce isolation by encouraging participation in Senior Center programs, community events, and volunteer opportunities. We strive to create a welcoming environment where every senior feels valued and supported.
If you or someone you know could benefit from Outreach services, please contact the Senior Center. All inquiries are handled with care and confidentiality.
