MIIA Employee Assistance Program

All town employees are eligible to participate in the Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, administered by MIIA.  This free benefit is available to you and your household and offers:

  • Confidential counseling with licensed mental health providers;
  • Free legal and financial consultation with qualified attorney and financial planners;
  • Referrals to resources such as child or elder care, parent support groups, education programs, summer camps, fitness classes, weight loss and smoking cessation programs.
  • Professional issues such as conflicts between co-workers, work place safety, trauma and difficulties in supervision or management.

MIAA EAP is a confidential counseling and referral service providing professional help for problems large and small.  Our employees and members of their household are entitled to call for services 24 hours a day.
