Building Permit & Fee Schedule

All licensed person must register with the Town’s Building Department and provide a Certificate of Insurance prior to beginning any work.   No permits will be given unless there is a currently valid license and Certificate of Insurance on file.

ALL PERMIT FEES WILL BE DOUBLED IF CONSTRUCTION IS BEGUN WITHOUT A BUILDING PERMIT.

Building Permit Fees 

  • Single Family dwelling:  $100 minimum   or $10 per $1,000 valuation
  • Duplex, Multi-family, Condominiums:  $100 minimum  or $10 per $1,000 valuation
  • Commercial:  $200 minimum or $10 per $1,000 valuation
  • Industrial:  $200 minimum or $10 per $1,000 valuation
  • Re-inspection Fee:  $60
  • Foundation Only:  $75
