Wachusett Watershed Regional Recycle Center

Tiered/Gradual Re-Opening Starting 6/2/20

The Wachusett Watershed Regional Recycle Center hopes that a phase-in opening of the site will both keep everyone safe as well as allow for the large volumes of materials that have built up in your basements/garages and storage sheds to be disposed of most efficiently.  Please check their website www.wachusettearthday.org and/or their Facebook page regularly for updates as things may change from week to week.

Please do not hesitate to call the Recycle Center (978-464-2854) or email them via their website (www.wachusettearthday.org).  The Wachusett Earthday/Wachusett Watershed Regional Recycle Center is located at 131 Raymond Huntington Highway in West Boylston.

The Recycle Center is eager to re-open and resume operations.  They do not want to put either themselves or you at risk so they are asking that ALL who visit the site adhere to their guidelines and safety requirements which will be prominently posted throughout the site as well as on their website, on Facebook and other sites.

The Recycle Center will be starting with the materials and items that are disposed of in the Center Circle (household recycling) and in the North-40 (bulky waste, construction debris, metals, electronics, propane, tires, furniture).

Please plan to unload your own vehicles - bring another person if you need extra help.

PLEASE FOLLOW ALL SIGNS/DIRECTIONAL INSTRUCTIONS.

1.  All visitors to the site must wear a mask (all occupants of every car) - those without a mask will be turned away.

2.  Please note the temporary change in hours:  Tuesdays 9:00am - noon, Thursdays 3:00pm - 6:00pm and the 1st & 3rd Saturdays of the month 9:00am - noon.

Thank you for your cooperation.
