Road Construction - Paving Project

The reclaiming on Western Avenue and Elm Street is complete and the base coat will be placed there starting at noon tomorrow. The reclaimers will be moving to Franklin Street first thing tomorrow morning and it is hoped that will be complete and the base coat will be placed there tomorrow afternoon. We will be moving to Prospect Street first thing Monday morning.
