The contractor is scheduled to apply the base coat on Prospect Street and Hartwell Street on Thursday, July 30,2020. Structures will be raised on Western Avenue, Elm Street and Franklin Street on Thursday, July 30, 2020. Structures will be raised on Prospect Street and Hartwell Street on Friday, July 31, 2020. Western Avenue, Elm Street, Franklin Street, Prospect Street and Hartwell Street are scheduled to be paved the week of 8/3 - 8/7/20.
