WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the
Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of James Pedone, on behalf of the Town of West
Boylston, Notice of Intent, for softball field renovation, including grading, drainage, infield,
backstop, fencing, walkway and irrigation at Mixter Field, 120 Prescott Street, West
Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 8, 2023, at 6:30 pm, at
the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
