PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

RESCHEDULED

Public Notice is hereby given, in conformity with the requirements of the General Bylaws of the Town of West Boylston, ARTICLE XXII – EARTH REMOVAL BY-LAW, that the Earth Removal Board will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 4, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. on the application of Birdland Hill LLC submitted by Riccardi Brothers Inc. to remove 450,000 cubic yards of material from Entire Project at Century Drive Map 181 Parcel 3, West Boylston.

The hearing will be held in the Land Use Meeting Room in the Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, Massachusetts.
