A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Elliot Kazakoff, Humboldt Masters LLC, Notice of Intent, for the construction of a new greenhouse building within the buffer zone on a previously developed lot at 215 Shrewsbury Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held Monday, September 9, 2019, at 7:15 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA.
