9/21/2020 Conservation Commission Request for Determination, 11 Marsh Hawk Way

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of James and Diane Kaufman, Request for Determination of Applicability, for any future work that may be done southwest of the 200-foot Watershed Protection Act Primary Protection Zone at 11 Marsh Hawk Way, West Boylston, MA (no work is being proposed at this time).
The public hearing will be held on Monday, SEPTEMBER 21, 2020, at 6:00 p.m., AT THE SITE, 11 MARSH HAWK WAY, West Boylston, MA.
