8/2/2021 Conservation Commission: Request for Determination, Applicability for building an addition, 18 Blue Ridge Road

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Thomas Sivert, Request for Determination of Applicability, for a proposed building addition to the rear of the existing dwelling, a portion of which will be within the existing deck and lawn area, at 18 Blue Ridge Road, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 6:00 pm, at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott St., West Boylston, MA. NOTE: SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL TAKE PLACE; FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.
