6/17/2021 Zoning Board of Appeals Sign Variance 65-67 West Boylston Street

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, June 17, 2021, at 7:05 p.m., to act on the petition of Neel Patel, on behalf of Ganesh Wellness, Inc., (Campfire Cannabis), 65-67 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA, for variance from Section 5.6.C.2 of the zoning bylaws, to maintain two standing signs on the property, pursuant to an earlier variance granted for same.  Record title stands in the name of Westford Group, Inc./West Boylston Square Realty Trust, 67 West Boylston St., West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  The meeting will be held in the multi-purpose room at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott Street, West Boylston, MA  01583.
