6/14/2021 Conservation Commission : Notice of Intent for proposed construction single-family, across from 36 Bowen Street

A CONTINUED public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Scott Goddard on behalf of Sturbridge Warren LLC, Notice of Intent, for the proposed construction of a single-family house with associated deck, driveway and garage within the Buffer Zone to a Bordering Vegetated Wetland and an intermittent stream at 0 Bowen Street (across from 36 Bowen St., and between 37 and 55 Bowen St.), West Boylston, MA.

            The continued public hearing will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021, at 6:15 pm, at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott St., West Boylston, MA.  NOTE: SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL TAKE PLACE; FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.

            NOTE THIS CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING WAS POSTPONED FROM JUNE 7, 2021 DUE TO LACK OF QUORUM.
