4/5/2021 Conservation Commission: Wetlands Protection Act, Pan AM Railways yearly treatment with herbicides for weed control

WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Pan Am Railways, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the verification of sensitive areas as they pertain to the MA Wetlands Protection Act and the MA Dept. of Agricultural Resources Pesticide Board Regulations 333 CMR 11.00 for the yearly treatment of Pan Am rights-of-way in West Boylston, MA, with herbicides for weed control.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 5, 2021, at 6:00 pm, at the West Boylston Senior Center, 120 Prescott St., West Boylston, MA.  NOTE: SOCIAL DISTANCING WILL TAKE PLACE; FACE COVERINGS ARE REQUIRED.
