12/5/2022 Conservation Commission: Determination of Applicability - Misc roadwork on Lee St., Goodale St., and north of Malden Brook

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, of Michael Coveney, on behalf of West Boylston Water District, for Request for Determination of Applicability, for the installation of water main piping along Lee Street to abandon the existing asbestos water main and realign within the limits of the paved roadway, along with replacement of all hydrants, gate valves, and water services, along Lee Street from the intersection of Goodale Street to just north of the Malden Brook culvert crossing (approx. 2,200 feet), in West Boylston, MA.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 5, 2022, at 6:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
