NOTICE OF CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS WEST BOYLSTON, MASSACHUSETTS

           The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Continued Public Hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at 7:20 p.m., to act on the petition of Wallace E. Baldarelli, Jr., for Administrative Appeal of a decision by the Building Inspector denying a request to resume use of the prior non-conforming use on the property at 301 Sterling Street, such use being sand, gravel, rock-crushing and materials handling, as in violation of Section 1.4.A of the West Boylston Zoning Bylaws.  Record title stands in the name of Wallace E. Baldarelli, Jr., 81 Temple Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, Sec. 18, and the Governor’s March 23, 2020 Order, as amended, imposing strict limitation on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the West Boylston ZBA will be conducted via remote participation.  While no in-person attendance will be permitted, every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings.
