A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Kellie Doherty for New England Power Company d/b/a National Grid, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the installation of two conduits from the existing West Boylston Substation 220 feet to the existing Structure #84 on the O142/O141W Transmission line, at 196 Temple Street, West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA.
