NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Meeting Room (1st Floor), for a Site Plan Review application as required in the Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6, submitted by John Smalanskas, for a proposed mixed use building for two apartments and two businesses, located at 249 West Boylston Street, West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office whose hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Wednesday 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., and Friday 8 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
