02/04/2019 Public Hearing: erosion controls at 159 Laurel Street

WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Mark Presutti, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the placement of erosion controls to repair and prevent soil washouts due to rain water flow, followed by placement by DPW of an asphalt berm and apron at the top of the driveway to direct rain water down the street, at 159 Laurel Street, West Boylston, MA.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, February 4, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
