Conservation Commission Public Hearing

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Larry Moye, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the repair of an existing driveway from Prospect Street to existing garage of residence, at 84 Prospect Street, West Boylston, MA. Work to include: (1) scraping and placement of additional gravel on common driveway section, and (2) installation of blacktop from common driveway to garage.
The public hearing will be held Monday, September 11, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA.
