View a Property Card Online
West Boylston's makes its geographic information system (GIS) available via the internet. With this system, anyone can
- search for property by owner, lot or location
- find property information with photos
- obtain an abutters list
- search maps for other interesting data
Here's how to search for the property card used by the Assessor's office to assess the value of an individual property.
- Navigate to the OnlineGIS system.
- Click the magnifying glass icon on the left to expand the search box.
- Begin typing the owner name, address or lot number to display a list of matching results.
- From the results, click on the property to view. A map of the lot will display with a small parcel dialog box on top of it.
- Within the parce box, click the "Vision Property Card" link on the Documents & Links tab. The property card will display full screen (IE and Firefox; in Chrome the card will download in PDF format).
- Download or print the card using the icons on the top right of the screen (IE and Firefox).
