          NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, WEST BOYLSTON, MA

 

The Town of West Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 8:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA in Room 210 (Selectboard Meeting Room) AND remotely (Zoom instructions will follow on meeting agenda to be posted 48 hours prior to meeting) to act upon the petition of Kathleen and Frederic Litchfield, 72 Malden Street, for Variance, for an Accessory Apartment to exceed the conditions pursuant to zoning bylaw Section 3.4, or, alternatively, a Special Permit for the same use.  Record title stands in the name of Nicole C. and Paul P. Redmond, 72 Malden Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street, and are available upon request.  All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing, either in-person or remotely.
