The Town of West Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, January 15, 2026, at 7:05 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA in Room 210 (Select Board Meeting Room) AND remotely (Zoom instructions will follow on meeting agenda to be posted 48 hours prior to meeting) to act upon the petition of Benjamin Leiker, for Special Permit for a Home Occupation in a single-family residence, specifically for small-batch coffee roasting, pursuant to zoning bylaw Section 305-3.5.B, at 58 Scarlett Street, West Boylston, MA. Record title stands in the name of Benjamin Leiker, 58 Scarlett Street, West Boylston, MA 01583. Copies of the petition are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street, and are available upon request. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing, either in-person or remotely.
