The Town of West Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 8:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA in Room 210 (Selectboard Meeting Room) AND remotely (Zoom instructions will follow on meeting agenda to be posted 48 hours prior to meeting)to act upon the petition of Kobbex Behavioral Services, Inc., 672 Main Street, Suite 7, Holden, MA 01520, for Special Permit, pursuant to Section 305-3.2.F.6 of the Zoning Bylaws, for operation of a medical clinic for behavioral counseling and medication management mental health practice at 12 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA. Record title stands in the name of 12 West Boylston Street Realty Trust, 30 Shrewsbury Street, West Boylston, MA. Copies of the petition are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street, and are available upon request. All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing, either in-person or remotely.
