Need help completing your solid waste enterprise fund Senior Discount application?

The West Boylston Senior Center is available to assist eligible residents with completing their Senior Discount application.

Please bring the following documents: Copies provided for $0.25 per page (cash only)

• Your completed application (if available)
• Proof of age
  • Birth Certificate, Drivers License or State ID, Passport
• Proof of Residency
  • Drivers License or State ID, Telephone Bill, Cable Bill, Utiliy Bill
• Proof of Home Ownership
  • Property Deed, Trust Documents
