*** Proposed Regulation Vote - "Minimum Standards for Keeping of Live Chickens and Fowl not Under Right to Farm Bylaw"

The West Boylston Board of Health will be voting on the proposed Regulation of the West Boylston Board of Health: Minimum Standards for Keeping of Live Chickens and Fowl not Regulation Under the Right to Farm Bylaw on August 19, 2026, at 2:00 pm at West Boylston Town Hall in the Land Use Room.

Anyone wishing to provide public comment on the proposed regulation can submit written comments to the Board of Health at boardofhealth@westboylston-ma.gov. Written comments will be accepted until Tuesday, August 18th at 6:00 pm.
