Notice of a Public Hearing
The West Boylston Selectboard, acting as the Town’s Board of Sewer Commissioners, gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on proposed revisions to the Town’s existing Sewer Betterment and Privilege Fees in order to promote clarity as to how the calculations are to be made and applied and the charges calculated. The hearing will be held Wednesday the 4th of March 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, in the Select Board Meeting Room at Town Hall, West Boylston, MA 01583.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on both the overall intent and the specifics of the proposed regulations. These proposed regulations may be viewed at www.westboylston-ma.gov/Sewer, and paper copies may be found at the Board of Health Office in Town Hall and Beaman Memorial Public Library during normal business hours. Any interested person may submit written comments and questions on this matter by email to cterenzini@westboylston-ma.gov prior to the opening of the Public Hearing.
