Notice of a Public Hearing
The West Boylston Board of Health gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on proposed regulations to establish minimum requirements for the systematic collection of Solid Waste and Recyclables in order to promote waste reduction, comply with State-mandated Waste Bans and further the goals of the Town of West Boylston. The hearing will be held Wednesday the 11th of February at 6 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the agenda permits, in the Select Board Meeting Room #210 at Town Hall, 140 Worcester St., West Boylston, MA 01583.
The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment on both the overall intent and the specifics of the proposed regulations. These proposed regulations may be viewed at www.westboylston-ma.gov (Click on Trash & Recycling) and paper copies may be found at the Board of Health Office in Town Hall and Beaman Memorial Public Library during normal business hours. Any interested person may submit written comments and questions on this matter by email to boardofhealth@westboylston-ma.gov prior to the opening of the Public Hearing.
