Pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A, Section 5, the West Boylston Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. in a hybrid setting at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 210 Board Meeting Room (2nd Floor) and by Zoom:

to consider amending West Boylston's Zoning Bylaws as outlined below.
Propose a new Zoning Bylaw in Section 305-5 referred to as “Drive-Through Facilities on West Boylston Street”. The proposal seeks to prohibit new drive-through facilities along West Boylston Street (Route 12) in an effort to promote pedestrian safety, reduce traffic congestion, and preserve the traditional character of this important corridor.
The complete text of the proposed zoning bylaw is available at the Town Clerk's Office for public inspection during regular business hours. Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be given the opportunity to be heard.
