WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for AJR Properties, LLC, for Determination of Applicability, for the demolition of a +/- 765 square foot structure connected to the west side of the existing commercial building and construction of a +/- 1,233 square foot addition at 219 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA. The public hearing will be held on Monday, October 6, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
