TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, for Sean and Traci Sullivan, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the: addition of a warehouse building in an open area on the property behind the house; creation of access from driveway to back of the house to new building; and addition of retaining wall to create tiered effect and manage backyard erosion, all at 11 Raymond Huntington Highway, West Boylston, MA.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, July 13, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
