Public Comment: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self-Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP)

To ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Town of West Boylston contracted with The Edward J. Collins, Jr. Center for Public Management to undertake a comprehensive assessment, including self-evaluation, of its facilities, programs, and services to determine compliance with the requirements of ADA Title II.  The Town has developed a transition plan to improve access over a reasonable period of time and within resources available.

The Town of West Boylston will be accepting public comment on the SETP from July 20, 2023 through August 19, 2023.  Comments must be made by West Boylston residents.  Residents must include their name and address when submitting Public Comment.  Public comments will be incorporated into the final plan document.  Public comments can be submitted through the webform.  Public comments can also be sent via email to ada@westboylston-ma.gov or by mail to ADA Coordinator, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA 01583.
