 1. Welcome and Roll Call

 2. Consider going into executive session under the provisions of Massachusetts Gen. Laws chapter 30 a, Section 21 (A), Part six consider to purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate if the chairman declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body.

 

  Motion: I moved to enter into executive session under the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30 a, 21(A), Part Six to consider the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real estate at the gym and clears at an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the negotiating position of the public body
