          NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, WEST BOYLSTON, MA

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 7:05 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA, in Room #210, AND via Zoom (Zoom instructions will follow on meeting agenda to be posted 48 hours prior to meeting) to act on the petition of Ricciardi Bros. Inc., for Special Permit, for the construction of a building for contractors’ yard at Lot 1 Century Drive, West Boylston, MA, pursuant to Zoning Bylaws Section 3.2, Schedule of Use Regulations (G6), Construction Contractors.   Record title stands in the name of BirdLand Hill LLC, 14 Putnam Lane, Worcester, MA, 01604.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.   All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing, either in person or via Zoom.
