NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING, ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS, WEST BOYLSTON, MA

The Town of West Boylston Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 8:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA in Room 210 (Selectmen’s Meeting Room) AND remotely (Zoom instructions will follow on meeting agenda to be posted 48 hours prior to meeting) to act upon the petition of Joseph Evangelista and David Brunelle, for a Variance, pursuant to Zoning Bylaws Section 6.2(F), for the construction of a driveway with associated utilities across the single-residence district to service the proposed residence units to be built on the business district portion of the lot, at 0 Shrine Ave., Lot 1R, West Boylston, MA (Map 163, Lot 219).  Record title stands in the name of Joseph Evangelista and David Brunelle, 217 West Boylston Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file at the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street, and are available upon request.  All interested parties are invited to attend the public hearing, either in-person or via Zoom.
