PLANNING BOARD TOWN OF WEST BOYLSTON NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice   is   hereby   given   that   a   Public   Hearing    will    be    held    on    Wednesday,   April 12, 2023 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Meeting Room (1st Floor) for a Site Plan Review and Special Permit application as required in Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6 and 3.2., and Stormwater Management Permit application as required in Section XXXIII of the General Bylaws. The application is submitted by S.J. Mullaney Engineering, Inc. for David Brunelle and Joseph Evangelista for the proposed construction of a 9-unit multi-family development at 0 Shrine Avenue (West of #63), West Boylston MA.

Any  interested  person  is  invited  to  attend  this  meeting  at   which   time   you   will  be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
