NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday,
May 10, 2023 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston MA, 120 Land Use Meeting Room (1^st Floor), for a Site Plan Review and Special Permit application as required in Zoning Bylaws, Section 3.6 and 3.2., and Stormwater Management Permit application as required in Section XXXIII of the General Bylaws. The application is submitted by Birdland Hill, LLC for the proposed construction of nine industrial buildings on four lots on Century Drive, West Boylston MA.

Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
