NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the Rules and Regulations Governing the Subdivision of Land in West Boylston, a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 at 7:05 p.m. at the West Boylston Town Hall, 140 Worcester Street, Board Meeting Room 1st Floor, to amend conditions of approval #2 and #15 of the Certificate of Approval of the Definitive Subdivision Plan of Westland Circle and Stormwater Management Plan dated May 9, 2018. The application was submitted by Igbal Ali, Crescent Builders, Inc., 92 North Main Street, Suite A120, West Boylston MA.
Any interested person is invited to attend this meeting at which time you will be
given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the application are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office, whose hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
