Fall Fest 2023- Location Changed to Middle/High School

Due to the weather forecast, Fall Fest will be relocated to the Middle/High School.
The Celebrations Committee of the Town of West Boylston is excited to announce Fall Fest 2023!
Fall Fest will take place on Saturday, October 21, 2023 from 11 AM - 5PM at the West Boylston Middle/High School.
There will be vendors, food, crafts, games, contests, and more! Click here for a schedule of events.
Parking available in the front, right, and rear of Middle/High School, Major Edwards Elementary School, and Goodale Park.
The Celebrations Committee is seeking volunteers to help with planning in advance of Fall Fest as well as day-of assistance. If you are interested in volunteering in any capacity, please email the Town Administrator at townadmin@westboylston-ma.gov.

We will once again be holding a pumpkin carving, painting, decorating contest. Prizes will be awarded. Click link above for more information.
Fall Fest Scarecrow Contest (Click Here to Sign Up!)
- Businesses, Families, Individuals, Groups, Teams and Clubs are all eligible to participate!
- Contest entry fee is $15 and includes a wooden frame to display your scarecrow. Frames can be picked up at Town Hall on Saturday, October 7th from 9am to 12pm or Wednesday October 11th from 4:30-6:30pm.
-Scarecrows will be assembled for display on the Town Common Saturday, October 14th from 12-3pm. Participants must be present to assemble their scarecrows. Members of the Celebrations Committee will be on site to assign your location and help you assemble.
-Scarecrows will remain on display from Saturday October 14th to Saturday October 21st and must be able to withstand the elements; no perishable goods are permitted (i.e. pumpkins, squash, etc., for the attachments).
-Prizes will be awarded to the Top 3 Scarecrows
1st Place - $100 Wal Mart Gift Card
2nd Place - $75 Wal Mart Gift Card
3rd Place - $50 Wal Mart Gift Card
Scarecrows will be removed at the end of the Festival on October 21st and any personal items must be retrieved before frames can be collected by the Recreation Department.
Form and payment must be received by October 11th at 6:00 pm. Checks can be dropped off at West Boylston Town Hall located at 140 Worcester Street in West Boylston (Town of West Boylston/Select Board Office).
