WEST BOYLSTON CONSERVATION COMMISSION

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Bryan LaRochelle, P.E., on behalf of Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR), for Notice of Intent, for the repair of shoreline erosion, stabilization of the existing slope, and improvement of overall site stability and drainage by improvement landscaping and walking paths at Old Stone Church, off Beaman Street (Assessors Map/Plat Number 138/004), West Boylston, MA.

          The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024, at 6:00 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
