PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that a public hearing by petition of the Tree Warden concerning the removal
of various town trees in West Boylston will be given at the Town Hall in Conference Room
120, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA on Tuesday, May 30, 2023, at 11:00 AM
pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 87, Section 3. The petition includes the
removal of one town tree (maple tree - 44” diameter), located on the westerly side of
Central Street, within the limits of the Town Common and nine town trees (various types – various
diameters) located at 120 Prescott Street located adjacent to the stone fence.
