 The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA, on Thursday, August 18, 2016, at 8:45 p.m., to act on the petition of Andrew Beardsley, Eastern Brightside, LLC, 55 Hosmer Street, West Boylston, MA, for Special Permit, for conveying Lot 1B containing a single-family home to abutters Craig and Nancy Gonyea and reducing non-access frontage by approximately 40.29 feet, at 263 Maple Street, West Boylston, MA.  Record title stands in the name of Eastern Brightside, LLC, 55 Hosmer Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
