08/01/2016 Conservation Commission: Request for Determination, Malden & Crescent St paving

A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of the Town of West Boylston Board of Selectmen, Request for Determination of Applicability, for the pavement repair, resurfacing, and reclamation of existing roadways within the right–of-way configuration on Malden Street from Malden Brook easterly to Goodale Street and Crescent Street from the Malden Street intersection to a point approximately 500 feet from that.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, August 1, 2016, at 7:00 pm, at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
