A public hearing will be held in accordance with the General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, on the application of Wallace E. Baldarelli, Jr., Notice of Intent, for the partial relocation of a perennial stream channel and installation of two embedded 8-ft. x 6-ft. x 31-ft. Precast Concrete Box-Culverts and Water-Service, at 301 Sterling Street (aka Route 12), West Boylston, MA.
The public hearing will be held on Monday, July 10, 2017, at 7:30 p.m., at the West Boylston Town Offices, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.
