PUBLIC HEARING
ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS       

The Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing at THE WEST BOYLSTON HIGH SCHOOL, 125 CRESCENT STREET, WEST BOYLSTON, MA, on Thursday, April 21, 2016, at 7:15 p.m., to act on the petition of West Boylston Municipal Lighting Plant, 4 Crescent Street, West Boylston, MA for Special Permit for the construction of an approximate 1.5 MW AC solar panel array on the premises of a capped landfill on the west side of Temple Street (Map No. 160, Lot No. 1), West Boylston, MA.   Record title stands in the name of Town of West Boylston Landfill, 140 Worcester Street, West Boylston, MA.  Copies of the petition are on file in the office of the Town Clerk, 140 Worcester Street.  All interested parties are invited to attend the hearing.
